Domestic Orders

All styles require 12–15 working days for production and dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–4 working days.

For orders containing multiple items, the dispatch timeline will be based on the item with the longest estimated production time, unless otherwise specified and confirmed with our team.

International Orders

All styles require 12–15 working days for production and dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–9 working days.

For multi-item orders, the dispatch timeline will follow the item with the longest estimated production time, unless a different arrangement is explicitly confirmed with our team.

Delivery Timeline

Please note that domestic orders will typically be delivered within a timeframe of 3-4 working days starting from the date of dispatch. However, it is important to acknowledge that these timelines are subject to potential alterations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Please take note that every product is only exchangeable, and not refundable. All the orders are accepted for exchange within 7 days of delivery. The shipping policy for the exchanged product will remain the same as mentioned above. 

To process an exchange claim for a damaged or defective product, a live video of the package is required.
